PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to cancel your order whilst your item has already been dispatched, you must first refuse delivery of the item in order to get a refund and we MUST recieve confirmation from the courier of this refusal before any refunds are issued.


Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.

Delivery Procedure:

The delivery is carried out by a carefully selected logistics service provider. We aim to make the delivery of your order as smooth and convenient as possible. Smaller items will be delivered by a parcel delivery service (e.g. DHL). Delivery by parcel service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact. Larger items will be delivered by a cooperating carrier. Delivery is free to any place in UK mainland excluding northern parts of Scotland (Highlands and Scottish Isles) and Northern Ireland. For those areas, there may be an additional delivery charge.

Delivery of all products is made to the curb side closest to the point where the carrier can drive his vehicle. Home delivery is possible at an additional charge. Detailed assembly instructions will be provided. If any defects or damages are detected during assembly, please contact our customer service team immediately.

The product is delivered into the room of your choice (must be accessible via a standard staircase).

The customer is obliged to help to carry the products inside if their weight exceeds 60 kg. Note that this service may not be available on some parts of the country.  takes no responsibility for any damage caused by the transport service provider.

Some products are delivered to the customer directly from the producer on the disposable palette. A disposable palette, which as in the case of cardboard and another packaging should be removed by the customer at his own cost. The delivery company does only collect reusable pallets.

Delivery address:

The order will be delivered to an address specified by you. This may differ from the invoice address, allowing you to request delivery to your office or to a friend.

Delivery times:

If the product is in stock, shipment will usually take up to 14 days after booking the payment. Unfortunately, is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You will be asked to provide your phone number when placing your order so that our logistics service provider can contact you prior to delivery in order to arrange a suitable delivery time. Smaller items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. If you are not at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with the phone number allowing you to arrange a suitable date for a free re-delivery.


At the customer’s request, the cardboard box can be disposed of by the transporter during assembly. If the buyer wishes to return the furniture, all products must be disassembled, provided in the original box and made ready for pickup on the curb. The service is unavailable for subsequent deliveries for products that were not in stock at the time of the first delivery or for warranty claims. Services rendered cannot be reimbursed.


Goods not suitable for delivery via parcel post will be collected by our carriers within 14 days. It is your responsibility to return goods suitably prepared for shipping via parcel post. Our customer service team is ready to help if you have any questions regarding returns.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
