PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to cancel your order whilst your item has already been dispatched, you must first refuse delivery of the item in order to get a refund and we MUST recieve confirmation from the courier of this refusal before any refunds are issued.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.

Delivery Procedure:

The delivery is carried out by a carefully selected logistics service provider. We aim to make the delivery of your order as smooth and convenient as possible. Smaller items will be delivered by a parcel delivery service (e.g. DHL). Delivery by parcel service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact. Larger items will be delivered by a cooperating carrier. Delivery is free to any place in UK mainland excluding northern parts of Scotland (Highlands and Scottish Isles) and Northern Ireland. For those areas, there may be an additional delivery charge.

Our high specification packaging for products, is designed for transportation through a home delivery network. We do appreciate that on a small number of occasions damages do occur. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and refused. You should then contact us straight away, so that we can assist with the problem. If damage is discovered when the product has been accepted, we will of course offer spare parts, no questions asked. All you need to do is contact us, and we will assist you in making sure we select the right part for you.

The order will be delivered to an address specified by you. This may differ from the invoice address, allowing you to request delivery to your office or to a friend. All deliveries are sent with a request for a Signature and will not be left without proof of delivery being completed. If a customer chooses to overrule this instruction, we will not be held responsible for goods which are lost or stolen, and no refund will be made.

Where a delivery has been refused by a customer on delivery without prior notice the carrier will return it to us. As carriage has been attempted the carriage cost (delivery & return) as well as handling charges may be invoiced to you, the customer.

Delivery times:

If the product is in stock and ordered before 2pm, we will do our best to deliver your item the next working day however on occasion it may take longer. If a product is out of stock we will try and give an estimated date when it arrives back in stock. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You will be asked to provide your contact details when placing your order so that our logistics service provider can contact you prior to delivery in order to make you aware of the delivery time. Smaller items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. If you are not at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with the phone number allowing you to arrange a suitable date for a free re-delivery.


The majority of out products will require some assembly. This is solely the responsibilty of the customer. 


Goods not suitable for delivery via parcel post will be collected by our carriers within 14 days. It is your responsibility to return goods suitably prepared for shipping via parcel post. Our customer service team is ready to help if you have any questions regarding returns.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
